Shipping times are not the same as processing order time frames. Some items such as a bleached shirt can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping. Most shirts I do not keep I stock, and are made to order. Turn around time is 7-14 BUSINESS days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn around times DO NOT include weekends, holidays, or owner vacation days. 

No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom made orders. 

Sales are final. NO  RETURNS. 

Exchanges on clothing must be done within 5 days of receiving your order. If you email me after the 5 days of receiving you order,  your exchange WILL NOT be accepted. 

Once your order is placed, we DO NOT cancel orders, so please make sure you truly want the items you are purchasing. 

If you need an Item by a certain day, please email me at rusticwillow20@gmail.com so I can accommodate it. There will be a Rush fee assigned to each item. 

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate, please send me an email within 3 days!

We are not responsible for any packages once they have been dropped off at USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Will will not refund, or remake any orders lost or damaged by USPS. 

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address is correct! We are not responsible for packages that are non-delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us, buyer must repay to have it shipped again.
